Depression ek ese bimari hai jisme insan dukhi aur akela mehsus kerta hai .usse her chijo se der lagane lagta hai.ye tab hota hai jab uska apna koi gujar Jaye ya fhir ese chij Jo ek insan ko tod ke rakhe aur wo insan is chij ko bhul nhi pata , uske deel aur dimak pe gehera asar dalta hai tab depression ki avashta peda hone lagti hai.

  • Mind ko divert Kare us chijo pe jo chij apko pasand ho jese apki pasand ka tv channel dekhe, ghumne Jaye.
  • Phone, game se dur rahe ye aur depression me dal deta hai hai.
  • Roj subh ki dhup seke isse apko vitamin D bharpur matra me milta hai Jo apke depression ko kem kerne me aur pura Deen taro taja rakhne me madat kerta hai.
  • Motivational speech, channel dekhe jisse app depression me na pado.
  • Negative logo se dur rahe jitna possible ho unko apne app se dur rakhe.
  • Roj health food khaye,oily chijo se dur rahe.
  • Rojana yoga aur pranayam Kiya Kare.
